Privacy Policy

Trusty Garage Door Repair (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you call, book online, or submit a form, we collect the details you give us — your name, phone number, address or service city, email, a description of your garage door issue, and — if you use our online Door Builder — the door you designed, so we can schedule, quote, and perform service. Our site may use standard analytics (like Google Analytics) to understand traffic; this may involve cookies. Our pages also include Google's "Add to Preferred Sources" button, which loads a small Google-hosted frame; if you are signed in to Google, Google may use that to show whether you have already added us and to record the page you were on. We do not receive that information.

How We Use It

We use your information only to provide and improve our service: to contact you, schedule appointments, complete repairs, honor warranties, and follow up. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., scheduling, payment processing) and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you check the box to receive texts (for example when you book online), Trusty Garage Door Repair may text you about your quote, appointment, and service — and, where you agreed, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help; you can also call (214) 624-6348. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties; the sharing described above excludes them. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or opt out of marketing messages, by calling (214) 624-6348 or emailing info@trustygaragerepair.com.
